BBC Bitesize Plus

Careers

During my time at Bitesize Plus, I have been creating digital resources for the Bitesize Careers website. This includes projects such as the School Tour and Music Festival, as well as researching the viewing habits of younger audiences for a new commission. Additionally, I have provided support to the production team by completing tasks such as subtitling, transcribing, and editing Photoshop images. With my experience in digital production, I have expertise in filming, publishing, and editing various forms of media, including interactive content. In addition to these responsibilities, I also focused on two primary tasks. Firstly, I researched and created SEO links to ensure that Bitesize articles are visible on the first page of Google. Secondly, I oversaw weekly statistics using the ATI website, tracking the 15 most viewed articles in the careers section and researching what engaged the audience in those articles. This helped to identify areas for improvement and create better content for future articles.

As part of my role in Bitesize Plus, I have been developing digital resources for the Bitesize Careers website and providing support to the production team as required. This has involved tasks such as subtitling, transcribing, sourcing and editing Photoshop images, filming, publishing, editing text, media (audio, video, and images), and creating and publishing interactive content. In addition to these tasks, I had two primary responsibilities. Firstly, I conducted research and created SEO links to ensure Bitesize articles appeared on the first page of Google. Secondly, I was responsible for tracking weekly stats using the ATI website, identifying the 15 most viewed articles and researching audience engagement in order to inform the development of future articles.
